Floyd Landis and his legal defense team have put forth their case and posted it to Floyd's website for all to see. Also they have requested an open trial as they want to expose the sloppy and botched work of that by the French laboratory and the supposed railroad job by the UCI by convicting Floyd in the press before his case was even under review.
The recent Tour de France champion also just underwent hip replacement surgery and evidently everything went as planned.
